Job Overview

Our last-mile delivery service partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure timely deliveries. As a Delivery Partner Manager, you’ll foster strong relationships with our partners, assist in implementing efficient processes, and resolve any issues to maintain a successful, long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support last-mile delivery service partners across Germany, Netherlands, and Austria to meet compliance and route planning requirements.
  2. Hold regular meetings with partners to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Address and resolve partner pain points.
  4. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and support improvements.

Daily Activities

You’ll be based at one of our sites to stay close to the delivery process, managing all aspects of partner relationships from contracts to performance tracking. Clear communication is essential, as you’ll be in daily contact with your partners to ensure they have what they need for timely deliveries.

About the Team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles ‘last mile’ deliveries in collaboration with third-party providers. We focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovative delivery solutions, including electric vehicles, to enhance customer experience and reduce our carbon footprint.

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree
  • Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using data analytics to solve performance issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution
  • Stakeholder communication experience, including with leadership
  • Degree in business management, economics, law, engineering, or related fields
