What Your New Challenge Will Look Like

1. Establish and lead a corporate sales team focused on the life sciences sector.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, develop strategic roadmaps, and implement sales initiatives to enter the market and achieve revenue goals.
3. Collaborate with 4flow’s business units and marketing team to identify target accounts and enhance outreach strategies.
4. Acquire and manage new clients in the life sciences sector, driving business growth.
5. Lead, mentor, and empower a team of sales development representatives to ensure their success and contribute to company expansion.

Why you belong at 4flow

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a science- or business-related field such as industrial engineering, business administration, or life sciences.
2. Over 10 years of relevant B2B sales experience in software and/or services, with a strong network in the life sciences industry.
3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
4. Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and lead in a new environment.
5. An entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset to lead growth in corporate sales.
