Role: Regional Risk and Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and execute Risk and Quality Assurance Management for selected consulting projects.
2. Conduct risk assessments during project handovers.
3. Manage operative risk and ensure risk mitigation activities are carried out.
4. Handle escalation procedures and oversee recovery processes for project escalations.
5. Support continuous improvement of Risk & QA processes within the region.

Candidate Profile:

1. Over 5 years of experience with SAP complex project delivery, including financials/KPIs.
2. Multinational project experience recommended.
3. Over 3 years of experience in Risk Management and Quality Assurance reviews.
4. Ability to work independently and manage diverse teams.
5. Excellent customer service orientation.
6. Experience overcoming remote working challenges, including cultural differences and time zones.
7. Willingness and ability to travel within the region.
8. Fluent in English, additional languages preferred.
