Responsibilities:
Brand Management:Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance Riverty’s corporate brand, including managing awareness, corporate identity, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints (e.g., Tone of Voice, Brand Book).
Campaign Development & Brand Engagement:Create and drive campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and positive market perceptions, while measuring success using KPIs to inform future strategies.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to support product and growth marketing initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with overall brand goals.
Your Skills:
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, along with solid experience in managing B2B and B2C brands and developing brand strategy, positioning, and identity.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate market trends, consumer behavior, and business objectives into effective, KPI-driven brand plans.
Creative and innovative approach to brand storytelling, messaging, and campaign development across digital channels such as social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English and ideally one additional language (German, Dutch, or Swedish).
