Your day at NTT DATA

As a Security Consultant, you are responsible for designing and implementing security solutions. You combine high technical skills and project experience with an understanding of customer business requirements, focusing on cybersecurity.

In the context of digital transformation, you advise our clients on strategic approaches such as Zero Trust and SASE based on leading vendors.

What you'll be doing

You support the entire project lifecycle from presales engagement to implementation. Based on your extensive project experience, you develop detailed concepts and innovative architectures. You advise according to our portfolio and have solid knowledge in at least two of the following technologies:

Fortinet

Palo Alto PRISMA Access / Cloud

Zscaler ZIA and ZPA

F5 ASM, APM

You possess a fundamental understanding of:

Zero Trust architectures

SASE framework

Network segmentation

Cybersecurity

Additional requirements:

A successfully completed technical degree (e.g., computer science, engineering, electrical engineering) or a comparable technical qualification.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations and/or project environments in infrastructure security.

Excellent knowledge in designing and implementing security solutions.

You are open to automation

You demonstrate a structured approach combined with meticulous, precise, and results-oriented work, especially in problem analysis and planning.

You have a strong customer and service orientation, good manners, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

You are open to new topics and challenges.

Cross-vendor expertise is expected. Additional certifications and knowledge are desirable.

Willingness to travel.

Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
