Our international marketing team based in Munich is seeking a motivated CRM / Email Marketing Manager (m / f / x) to become part of our dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Marketing Automation: Design and manage behavioral-triggered campaigns to enhance customer retention and experience.
- Subscriber Growth & Segmentation: Develop strategies to acquire high-quality email and SMS subscribers, optimizing signup flows and lead magnets.
- Personalization: Implement advanced personalization techniques to increase customer lifetime value and reduce repurchase time.
- A / B Testing & Optimization: Conduct regular A / B tests across CRM channels, using insights to refine messaging, targeting, and design.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Design and execute databacked CRM campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer insights to maximize revenue.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of CRM trends and explore new opportunities across various channels and emerging technologies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Creative, IT, E-commerce, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment across channels.
Your Scorecard
- 23 years of CRM experience in B2C eCommerce with a proven track record of growth.
- Expertise in Klaviyo preferred, or experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Emarsys, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Experience marketing to a US audience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, confident in using data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools and Shopify to enhance automation and personalization.
- Hands-on approach, capable of executing campaigns from concept to impact.
- Interest in golf and the sports community is a plus.
