Global Objectives:

  • Develop business by prospecting new clients and managing current accounts for products in railway, renewable energy, and industrial applications, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product line managers, product development, marketing, and other business units.
  • Organize and prepare key business meetings with prospective clients to develop opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to product development and after-sales support teams.
  • Identify market opportunities in railway, industrial, and renewable energy sectors, guiding new business segments and product roadmaps.
  • Develop business cases for individual products in cooperation with product line managers and sales teams.
  • Plan product launches and market placement strategies with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Provide technical expertise, drive customer-oriented activities, and implement company strategies.
  • Analyze customer requests and needs to ensure timely and accurate offers for products, solutions, and services.
  • Develop after-sales services.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive operations.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Power Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Successful track record in introducing power products to international clients, influencing organizational stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical and sales experience in electrical equipment environments.
  • Knowledge of high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, or e-mobility sectors.
  • Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and related product needs.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop convincing technical communication strategies.
  • Creative thinking, problem resolution skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or German skills are desirable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
