To strengthen our team in the area of Facility Management at the Trier plant, we are looking for an Energy Manager (m / f / d) in permanent employment.

Your job mission :

As Energy Manager (m / f / d), you are the first point of contact for all internal and external contacts related to energy. You will optimize energy consumption by recording and analyzing energy flows and sources at the Trier site, then derive, evaluate, and initiate improvement projects.

  • Collect data, perform energy assessments and capacity calculations, analyze and report energy data, and engage in strategic planning.
  • Optimize energy use through projects and enhance existing system efficiencies, focusing on energy efficiency, reduction, and CO2 intensity.
  • Support responsible parties in energy-related topics across the company.
  • Contribute to ASP projects and operational KPIs related to safety, quality, service, and costs, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate on defining energy targets and action plans.
  • Maintain and develop energy monitoring systems.
  • Serve as the primary contact for energy and utility companies and suppliers.

Your profile :

  • Relevant educational background: University degree in engineering, energy economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Valuable knowledge: Expertise in energy and process sectors, relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Strengths: Analytical skills, experience in energy data acquisition and evaluation, project management, and strategic thinking.
  • Personality: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Working model: Flexitime.
