Aufgaben

As a (Senior) AI Project Manager, you will develop customized AI solutions jointly with clients. You will play a key role in supporting large corporations to realize their AI ambitions. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, collaborating with data scientists and engineers, and supporting leadership in scaling up NewNow through sales, recruiting, and strategic initiatives.


What you'll do

  • Develop and deliver transformative customized AI solutions to realize market success for clients
  • Manage client projects from kick-off to deployment, exceeding expectations
  • Define workstreams, identify tools and sources, steer analysis, and ensure high-quality outputs
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver on client goals
  • Translate data into insights, brainstorm solutions, generate answers, and recommend actions
  • Lead client communication, maintain relationships, and understand client needs
  • Manage meetings and deliver professional presentations
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments and changing client expectations
  • Contribute to shaping and scaling the company, supporting sales, recruiting, and strategy

Qualifikation

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, start-up, or venture capital (internships count)
  • Top academic performance in business, finance, or digital marketing from a renowned university
  • Exceptional extracurricular achievements and team management experience
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and independent problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to impact company growth
  • Experience in marketing, sales, data & analytics; knowledge of Python/R and visualization tools is a plus
  • Located in Frankfurt or Berlin preferred; flexible remote work within CET +/- 2h
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Willing to travel occasionally for retreats and team events
