Your mission :

Got energy? Here's your chance to become a vital part of our ambitious and driven People Team as Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)! You will be the mastermind behind our recruitment process—from attracting and selecting new talent for enmacc to finalizing contracts and leading exciting projects on talent attraction. Join us on our growth journey and help elevate our hiring processes! Your goal is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition strategies.

What you'll do :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent in Tech, Operations, and Revenue, aligned with enmacc's business goals.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and requirement profiles that communicate enmacc's employer brand and attract suitable candidates.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels, building a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting calls.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, providing guidance throughout the selection process to ensure a transparent and consistent approach.
  • Identify effective recruiting channels and optimize their use.
  • Enhance the candidate experience to ensure a positive journey, strengthening enmacc’s reputation as an employer of choice and cultivating a robust talent network.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of talent acquisition processes, leveraging data and best practices for continuous improvement.

Who you are :

  • This is a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in full lifecycle talent acquisition, demonstrating increasing responsibility in fast-paced environments, ideally including startup or scale-up experience within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Experience recruiting technical roles (e.g., engineering, product) within a SaaS environment is highly advantageous. Familiarity with the energy sector or existing network in the field is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and guide hiring managers across departments.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and the ability to leverage recruitment data to improve processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a valuable asset, especially in our Munich-based environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong ownership attitude, capable of thriving in a collaborative, rapidly evolving scale-up culture.
  • A solution-focused approach and the ability to work independently are essential.
  • Exposure to People & Culture initiatives like employer branding and talent development is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel to Munich once a month for at least 2 days.
