About the Role

As a Technischer Mitarbeiter Kunststofffertigung / Kunststoffschweißung (m/w/d), you will be responsible for welding plastic housings and systems following technical specifications, using various welding techniques such as warm gas drawing, extrusion, and stump welding. You will inspect welds and connections for quality, strength, and airtightness, perform necessary rework, and document all processes meticulously until acceptance. Additionally, you will maintain and service your welding equipment regularly, contribute to technical documentation, and work closely with our quality control team to enhance work processes and overall quality.

Requirements

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a plastic locksmith, plastic welder, process mechanic, pipe fitter, gas and water installer, sanitation and heating installer, carpenter, electrician, or similar qualification.
• Manual dexterity and understanding of basic technical concepts, preferably with experience in plastic production.
• Strong quality awareness.
• Proficiency in German (B1 level or higher).
• Team spirit, reliability, precision, and responsible work ethic.
