We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team in the role of SAP Business Transformation Consultant . The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in managing and contributing to large-scale SAP Business Transformation Programs. The responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including functional and process consulting, leading workshops, designing solutions, overseeing implementations, and collaborating with international teams.

Key responsibilities :

• Engage in functional and process consulting, covering workshops, solution design, implementation, testing, training, and RICEF design.
• Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assume the role of project stream lead.
• Engage in recruitment activities by active participation in hiring and staffing processes.
• Support presales activities to showcase capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs.

Key Skills and Knowledge :

• Hold a Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma degree.
• Have a minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in SAP Consulting in international projects.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in large international SAP S / 4HANA projects.
• Showcase profound expertise in the SAP CO module – Cost Center accounting, Profit Center accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing, Master Data.
• Have strong communication skills in both English and the local language.
• Be willing to travel, with a commitment to a minimum of 60% travel.
