Qualifications and Skills:

• Willingness to participate in our mission to digitize the logistics world by providing modern solutions that improve daily work.
• Fluent in German, French, Spanish, and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formal contexts.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Care.
• Strong technical comprehension, comfortable with MS Office Suite, and eager to learn more.
• High organizational skills, proactivity, and reliability.
