Job Description:

The role of a technology integration expert is to design and implement interfaces to and from internal systems and to and from external partners and to optimise existing interfaces. Provide 1st and 2nd level support to EDI and API incidents for all interfaces of more than 300 external business partners and over 60 internal software systems in the European region.

How you will contribute:

• Design and configure workflow-based interfaces including mapping of standard formats like EDIFACT, IDOC, JSON, X.12, XML, and others, into our internal format or directly into destination format.
• Knowledge of communication protocols like AS2, OFTP, SFTP, and API.
• Project management, functional and integration testing, and detailed implementation and change documentation.
• Perform patching, maintenance, and configuration changes of middleware software.
• Analyze incidents and provide corrective actions.
• Monitor alert notifications from middleware and service desk, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Completed professional training or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with EDI message types, protocols for electronic data interchange, and API-based communication.
• Experience with EDI middleware, especially Lobster Data and/or Boomi.
• Knowledge of network technology and security.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with change management and control processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
