As Senior Director Products & Services, you will oversee the global strategic direction of our products, programs, and after-sales services in aircraft maintenance, particularly in Ground Support Equipment, Airframe Tooling, and our new Engine Cleaning division. You will ensure our portfolio aligns with industry standards, meets customer requirements, and supports the company's strategic objectives.

  • You will lead and develop 3 department managers (Product Management Ground Support Equipment, Service Portfolio Management, and Industrialization, each with 3-10 team members) and 2 Program Managers for Airframe Tooling, currently managing a total of 22 employees across Germany, France, the UK, and the USA.
  • You will derive product and service strategies from the company's growth and business goals, develop implementation guidelines throughout the product lifecycle, and coordinate internal resources.
  • You will proactively foster customer loyalty and satisfaction, building strong customer relationships.
  • In collaboration with sales, you will analyze market needs, contract requirements, and competitive products, drive innovation, define development requirements, and oversee validation processes.
  • You will be responsible for pricing strategies, monitor and report on product revenues and profitability, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • You should have a successful technical or business degree with experience in mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications.
  • You must have at least 10 years of leadership experience in international technical product management or sales and be comfortable working within global organizational structures.
  • You should have a good understanding of the aerospace industry, including familiarity with aerospace documentation (AMM/EM) and guidelines based on extensive experience.
  • You should possess strong communication skills, high customer and results orientation, and be proficient with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
  • Fluent German and English language skills and strong intercultural competence are required.
