Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The Corporate Finance & Controlling team provides overarching insights, including early trends, to support key business decisions and drive financial ambitions. The team enables capabilities, best practices, and governance across markets, categories, and channels.

The purpose of Corporate Treasury is to manage the company’s liquidity, solvency, and financial market risks.

The Reporting and Planning Solutions Team, with its Treasury System, Processes, and Projects capabilities, plays a pivotal role in enabling Treasury operations and innovating Treasury processes, procedures, reporting, and methodologies by implementing and operationalizing Treasury tools and other advanced technologies. The individual in this position will contribute to our digital finance transformation and promote a modern Treasury mindset within the Corporate Finance & Controlling community.

We are actively seeking a technical, business process, and project-oriented Treasury Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support processes, tasks, and projects related to the different areas of Corporate Treasury.
  2. Support the implementation of Treasury digitization initiatives.
  3. Support small & medium-sized projects and actively participate in projects; implement findings and ensure sustainability of achievements.
  4. Drive design and implementation of bank fees analytics tools.
  5. Design, develop, and implement processes for regular bank fees analysis and monitoring, and create respective reports.
  6. Support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art analytic tools and KPIs.
  7. Adapt and improve day-to-day business processes and systems.
  8. Support the development of the latest analytical tools, new processes, standards, or operational plans.
  9. Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end tasks.
  10. Provide expertise in systems and processes to Business Partners.
  11. Act as backup on Treasury Systems Support.
  12. Enable fact-based decision-making by creating transparency on forecasts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Comprehensive Treasury and IT understanding of processes and structure.
  • Proven experience with process development and design, preferably with S4 / HANA experience.
  • Experience with analytical projects, data analysis, and representation.
  • Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools; experience in process design, mapping, quality improvement, review, and compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of treasury concepts, key banking products, and respective fees.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to complex situations.
  • Excellent analytical mindset, experience managing large data quantities from multiple sources.
  • Ability to coordinate, drive, and perform changes, improvements, upgrades, and maintenance of treasury systems.
  • Proven project management experience; Agile coaching skills, Confluence, and Jira experience are a plus.
  • Understanding of the complexity, interactions, and dependencies within IT applications.
  • Treasury Systems knowledge in Quantum (TIS), T, Finastra, DTCC, Bloomberg is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, within a team, and with external vendors.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Information Technologies, or Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP, comprehensive understanding of Treasury system landscape, and strong Treasury systems experience.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years experience in Treasury, Accounting, Banking, IT, or SAP — ideally SAP AFS, S4 & Quantum.
  • Experience negotiating with system and service providers.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Relevant project management experience.
