Your New Role

• You will responsibly develop and operate a GenAI platform and use cases, primarily on cloud and on-premises, laying the foundation for innovative AI applications.

• You will thoughtfully scale and optimize solutions using reusable components, pipelines, APIs, and governance for various internal and customer-facing use cases across different departments. Your structured approach enables sustainable solutions.

• You will carefully select and evaluate GenAI solutions, tools, frameworks, and models, integrating them harmoniously into existing data infrastructure and hybrid IT landscapes, balancing new technologies with proven systems.

• You will empathetically lead interdisciplinary GenAI teams comprising ML engineers, data engineers, DevOps, UX, and domain experts. Your cooperative leadership fosters team cohesion and goal achievement.

• You will mentor technical talents and support the development of best practices, promoting sustainable learning and personal growth through your warm-hearted knowledge transfer.

What Excites Us About You

• You hold a degree in computer science, machine learning, computational linguistics, or a related field, with extensive experience in implementing and scaling AI and GenAI use cases. Practical experience with platforms complements your profile.

• You possess deep technical expertise in generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG, agentic) and have good architectural understanding. Your intuitive grasp of data and AI sets you apart.

• You have solid knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch), APIs, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Your versatile technical skills perfectly complement our team.

• You have experience in technical team leadership and managing complex AI projects in agile, interdisciplinary environments. You value harmonious collaboration and shared goal pursuit.

• You are familiar with industry standards and the secure operation of AI applications in production, including governance topics around generative AI. Your careful handling of traceability, bias, security, and data protection convinces us.
