Their in-house software platform supports more than 35,000 users and is developed by a talented R&D team that’s now modernising their architecture and exploring cloud-native technologies.

They’re looking for a Software Architect who can take a strategic view of the system, provide hands‑on technical leadership, and grow into a Director of Engineering role over time.

Your role

• Design and evolve the software architecture, helping shape the transition toward modern, cloud‑based systems
• Lead and mentor a small, experienced development team
• Support complex customer integrations and 3rd‑level technical issues
• Oversee CI/CD and help improve development and deployment workflows

Your profile

• Strong background in software development (ideally Java / Spring Boot)
• Solid understanding of modern software architectures, microservices, and cloud environments (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure)
• Patient, structured, and curious - the environment is complex and takes time to master
