Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–6 developers (technical and people leadership)
• Be hands-on in designing and implementing scalable full-stack solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers and architects
• Push for modern, clean code and best practices
• Strong experience with .NET and Angular
• Previous experience in a tech lead or senior role with team responsibilities
• Familiarity with cloud (Azure ideally) and containerisation
• A product mindset – you\'re not just coding, you\'re building something meaningful
• You’ll have real ownership in shaping the next-gen version of the platform
• Hybrid working with flexibility and relocation support
• Flat hierarchies, quick decision-making, and a strong focus on R&D

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in a tech lead or senior role with team responsibilities
• Strong experience with .NET and Angular
• Familiarity with cloud (Azure ideally) and containerisation
• English language required; German (C1) is preferred
• Relocation support and hybrid working
