Microsoft Specialist- Permanent Inhouse role near Mannheim. Fluent English and German needed.

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Cloud Specialist to join a dynamic internal IT team in a global, technology-driven environment.

You’ll be at the forefront of cloud operations, working hands-on with the latest Microsoft technologies to shape and secure a modern digital workplace.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of a modern Microsoft Cloud environment
• Administer and enhance SharePoint Online portals
• Support and manage Exchange Online, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and other Microsoft 365 components
• Design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Develop and implement cloud security strategies
• Monitor and maintain cloud backups
• Lead and execute IT projects in coordination with business teams
• Oversee and coordinate external service providers

Your Profile

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of:
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Power Platform
• Solid understanding of cloud operations, servers, and workplace technologies
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in English, with good German language skills
