Overview


We are partnered with an industry-leading semiconductor company specializing in the development of cutting-edge environmental sensing technologies, looking to expand their team in Germany with a Technical Project Manager to take a leading role in driving the development of next-generation sensor products. This opportunity is based out of Reutlingen, Germany.



Responsibilities



  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across product and process development

  • Drive end-to-end development of advanced sensing technologies

  • Manage project phases: concept, design, proof-of-principle, and mass production

  • Collaborate with research partners and external stakeholders

  • Ensure clear documentation, regular review cycles, and on-time delivery

  • Align technical execution with marketing, sales, and partner expectations

  • Maintain high motivation and team communication across global sites

  • File intellectual property (IP) and demonstrate technological breakthroughs



Qualifications



  • PhD or MSc/BSc in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar

  • Proven experience in product development and technical project management

  • Knowledge of gas sensor technology (a plus)

  • Hands-on background in automotive or high-reliability systems (preferred)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and German (C level or above)
