We are Noirvere, a fast-growing handbag brand, and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help us scale our ad volume and drive performance. Our brand is rapidly expanding, and we need someone with a strong creative vision to enhance our ad output and take our creatives to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

1. Primary: Develop high-performing ad briefs based on past creatives & new ideas.
2. Secondary: Manage UGC creators and oversee content production.

What We’re Looking For:

1. ️ 3+ years experience in creative strategy for D2C brands (preferably fashion).
2. ️ Strong knowledge of Meta & TikTok UGC content and ad performance principles.
3. ️ Experience in smaller companies/startups is a plus – we move fast!
4. ️ A sharp eye for trends & storytelling that converts.
