We are seeking to strengthen our team in Obertraubling as soon as possible with a motivated Employee (m/f/d) for the Billing Department.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating invoices and credit notes
• Checking transport documents
• Accounts payable invoice processing
• Serving as a competent contact for billing questions
• Clarifying invoice discrepancies
• Processing billing with partner carriers

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable commercial qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in billing
• Friendly and motivated personality with a structured and conscientious work approach
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office
• Knowledge of a freight forwarding software is an advantage
