What you bring along :

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and bring relevant experience in leading a development team.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of development tools, software architecture, software development processes, and process optimizations, particularly in the realms of SaaS or Cloud products.
• You have advanced expertise in personnel management with a proven ability to effectively motivate and support your team.
• Your background includes experience in software development for regulated products such as medical devices under MDD / MDR, BSI basic protection, or other regulated markets enhancing your profile.
• You are fluent in German and proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
