Your role in the team
Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical leader to manage a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing your team
- Driving revenue growth
- Effectively implementing data-driven sales strategies
- Securing a sustainable competitive advantage
Your responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentoring and motivating a diverse sales team.
- Setting clear performance targets and providing continuous support.
- Promoting professional development and peak performance.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Defining and implementing data-driven sales strategies.
- Focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning.
Operational Management
- Monitoring daily sales activities (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecasting, resource planning).
- Ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Negotiations & Deal Structuring
- Supporting the team in complex negotiations and pricing discussions.
- Achieving favorable agreements for the company.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Working closely with Marketing, Finance, VP Sales, and other departments.
- Aligning sales initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Ensuring a consistent strategy and communication.
Performance & Analytics
- Continuously tracking and evaluating key sales metrics.
- Analyzing market trends and competitive insights.
- Adjusting strategies to secure a strong market position.
Process Optimization
- Ensuring compliance with existing guidelines and quality standards.
- Continuously improving sales processes.
What we expect from you
- Ideally, several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of team members.
- Proven experience in selling IT solutions (applications, software, or hardware) to decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in German and strong presentation skills in English.
- Determination, proactivity, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
