Für unseren Geschäftsbereich CE Display suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Person als Head of Product Management - CE Display (m/w/d). Dienstsitz: Eschborn.

Role and Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Product Management Teams
• Entwicklung, Planung, Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von On- & Offline Marketingstrategien
• Steuerung von Marketingaktivitäten und Kampagnensteuerung
• Durchführung von Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Identifikation von Wachstumsfeldern, Bestimmung von Marktgrößen
• Definition relevanter Zielgruppen
• Produkt‑/Portfolio‑/Pricing‑Management
• Promotion Planning
• Financial Administration and Accrual Management
• Pricing Unterstützung bei Projektanträgen
• Konzeptionelle Entwicklung neuer Absatzmärkte
• Übergreifende P&L Verantwortung

Skills and Qualifications

• Preferably a business‑economics degree with a focus on marketing/sales or a comparable qualification, or an additional business qualification in IT.
• Several years of professional experience in product marketing/product management with demonstrable successes.
• Ability to capture systemic dependencies and market mechanisms, strong negotiation skills and ability to demonstrate negotiation outcomes.
• Funded knowledge and understanding of business, technology and market conditions in the display sector.
• Experience with multi‑stage/indirect sales models.
• Preferable leadership experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with standard tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
