Responsibilities
- Managing of entire client projects from the acquisition to delivery
- Marketing- and communication consulting of OTC-clients up to C-level (CEO; CMO; CSO)
- Make recommendations for the next steps for customers and discuss the allocation of the budget for the following year
- Realizing Business-Development with specific focus on category management for manufacturers, wholesalers, online-pharmacies and pharmacy cooperations
- Management responsibility: Focusing on TOP marketing consulting for various kind of consumer health players
- Gaining of new business by using an existing OTC-network and category management network
- Research Design & Proposal: Identifying of clients’ needs and developing of an adequate proposal
- Supporting clients based on syndicated medic*scope and other syndicated data
- Creating individual proposals and calculating the financial effort
- Presenting the projects results in a workshop and if requested writing the management report
- Consulting clients based on a fusion of YouGov and client data
- Bringing in market knowledge and practical experience from the OTC sector to fulfil client expectations on specifics of the consumer health market
- Analyse & Reporting: Creating of client reports and management summaries with deep OTC-Insights
- Writing of press articles and platform content as in LinkedIn
- Supporting and leading of consultants/junior consultants
- Working with data base software during the report and consulting process
- Training of team members in OTC-specific topics and category management

- Extending of existing client relationships
- Developing new consulting services to sell syndicated data
- Presenting YouGov Services on internal and external conferences
- Developing solutions and business for new client groups such as online-pharmacies, pharmacy cooperations and wholesalers

- Marketing Director, Sales Director, (Senior) Product Directors, (Senior) Insights Director; (Senior) Trade marketers
Knowledge and competences
- OTC market details (brands, markets, indications)
- OTC marketing specifics
- Strong category management experiences and skills (e.g. GS1 certificates)
- Basic legal knowledge about the specifics we see in the drug & health sector
- Knowledge and network regarding online pharmacies
- Knowledge and network regarding drug wholesalers
- Deep MS Office skills (ppt / Excel)
- Presenting data and proposals in German and English
- Advanced analytic skills based on data to transfer this in operational tasks
- Good presenting skills
Typical education and professional experience
Typically bachelor’s or master’s degree; if possible Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience ideally in consumer health or pharma incl. an existing network to people from OTC-marketing, category management and sales. Experience in customer relationship management. Basic ability to understand the customer\'s needs and questions/ create integrated solutions from various sources and identify relevant customer insights. Assertiveness and ability to build and manage customer relationships. Great communicator with very good level in English, fluency in German preferable.
