Managing Consultant / IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Taking on exciting projects related to automating IT business processes after a tailored induction.
• Analyzing current authorization management for top clients together with your team.
• Gathering requirements, translating them into detailed process models and roadmaps.
• Leading expert committees, developing, presenting concepts, and facilitating decision-making.
• Coaching your team in product evaluation, concept creation (requirement engineering, IT architecture), and developing customer-specific additions and interfaces (Java / XML).
• Monitoring project progress (time, quality, budget) and celebrating successes.
• Contributing ideas internally to improve deron daily.

Your profile

You have:

• A degree in business informatics or comparable knowledge.
• Experience with software development to manage developers effectively.
• Consulting experience, confidence, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with processes & workflows.
• Proficiency in German (at least C1) and technical English.
