Job Overview

Our client, an internationally operating pharmaceutical company focusing on innovative therapies, particularly in neurology, is seeking an experienced leader to join as Regionalleitung. The role involves leading a team of Key Account Managers with strategic foresight and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers in hospital outpatient services.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating regional activities within the overall strategy.
• Analyze market, competition, and potential data to derive targeted actions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and market access teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs.
• Participate in trade fairs and congresses.

Candidate Profile

• Completed scientific degree or qualified as a licensed pharmaceutical representative according to §75 AMG or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the RX market.
• Ideally, experience in neurology is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and a high sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel within Southern Germany.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
