We are looking for a Fraud Risk Analytics Lead (unlimited, full-time)

We seek a leader for our Fraud Risk steering team with a strong analytical mindset, eager to impact risk assessment by mitigating affordability and fraud risks for external end customers in a balanced decision environment. The team focuses on defining, developing, and monitoring our fraud risk strategy, aligned with our vision to become the most human-centric FinTech. Our Risk Analytics team develops customer risk strategies across markets and ecosystems, characterized by rapid, technology-driven learning cycles and a shared purpose to create value for stakeholders. We have a strong presence in DACH/NL & Nordics with expansion plans within Europe & UK.

Main Challenges:

• Leading and building a high-performing, international Fraud risk team
• Utilizing industry-standard analytics tools for data-driven fraud detection and prevention
• Coordinating with review teams to optimize risk prevention and control
• Implementing AI-based models to enhance fraud prevention mechanisms
• Representing the team in key projects related to fraud analytics and implementation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Fraud Risk Management, preferably within BNPL or the fast-growing payment industry
• 4+ years leading cross-border teams in fraud risk analytics
• Experience with machine learning models for fraud prevention
• Proficiency in SQL; Python and R are a plus
• Strong interest in new technology and data analytics
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Fluent in English; German or Dutch skills are a plus
