Custom-made consulting services that are close to the client and their challenges - This was the vision of three consultants who wanted to provide their clients with fast, efficient and high-quality solutions for accounting, controlling and IT.

With the goal of not only providing better consulting but also being actively involved, we founded Finatycs GmbH in 2018. Since then, our team has been working closely with clients as a trustworthy partner, supporting them in sustainable processes, organizational and workflow optimization. We design information structures to meet internal and external requirements efficiently and in line with quality standards.

  • As a (Senior) Manager (m/f/d), you will independently work on our clients' commercial business processes and map them in their SAP systems.
  • You will be responsible for the continuous development of the system landscape and interface development.
  • Implement technical solutions as an SAP ABAP developer (m/f/d) in an agile project environment.
  • As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d), you will work on exciting S/4 HANA projects and may have the opportunity to lead projects.
  • You will provide technical guidance to junior consultants and assign task packages.
  • You will develop SAP solutions based on ABAP / ABAP OO / ABAP on HANA / RAP, finding custom solutions beyond SAP standard in SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments.
  • Require at least 10 years of strong experience with ABAP, ABAP-OO, ODATA, Fiori Development, and SAP Standard Behavior extensions.
  • Participation in at least 3 end-to-end projects is required.
  • Basic process understanding of SAP modules FI, SD, and/or MM is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies independently.
  • Solution-oriented, independent, structured, and team-oriented working style.
  • Good understanding of processes beyond own area, sociability, strong communication skills, and customer confidence.
  • Nice-to-have skills: Fiori/UI5, Integration Techniques to SAP, external systems, BTP.
