What You’ll Do:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll lead the design and deployment of agentic systems that combine language models, reasoning capabilities, tool use, and workflow memory. You’ll help define the technical architecture for how our agents plan, act, and learn within enterprise environments.

• Architect and implement LLM-powered agents that can reason over tasks, call APIs/tools, manage memory, and adapt to complex business flows.

• Evaluate and extend frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen — or build internal frameworks tailored for specific enterprise use cases.

• Own the full lifecycle: from rapid experimentation and prompt design to production deployment and observability.

• Lead integration efforts with third-party tools and enterprise systems (e.g. Jira, SAP, Notion, ServiceNow).

• Drive innovation in orchestration strategies, including function calling, tool chaining, autonomous decision-making, and hybrid human-in-the-loop setups.

• Work closely with product and client teams to identify bottlenecks and design agentic flows that solve high-impact problems.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re not just familiar with LLMs — you understand how to engineer systems around them. You have a strong product sense, excellent software engineering discipline, and a track record of turning research into reality.

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or applied ML, with recent hands-on work in LLM-based systems.

• Proven experience building or deploying AI agents, intelligent assistants, or complex orchestration flows.

• Deep knowledge of Python and experience with modern AI stacks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, vector DBs, etc.).

• Strong intuition for prompt design, function calling, and reasoning with tools and APIs.

• Comfortable with backend development, API design, and deploying services in production (FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD).

• High agency: able to independently drive initiatives, unblock yourself, and deliver outcomes quickly.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with real-time or multi-agent systems.

• Contributions to open-source agentic frameworks.

• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise-scale systems with security and compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or advanced orchestration strategies.
