Join our HR-Application-Service-Organisation as the primary specialist on Senior- or Principal-Level for one of our largest international SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary fachverantwortlicher Consultant on Senior- or Principal-Level for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with an international client.
• Work as part of an international consulting team serving as a supporter for a customer.
• Demonstrate proactivity and expertise, professional methods, a strong personality, and an understanding of customer needs.
• Coordinate incidents, service requests, and changes related to Employee Central and ensure smooth handling of topics.
• Support expansion of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite and integration with other international HR systems, where master data topics are central, drawing on prior project experience.
• Act as an innovator, regularly review SAP SuccessFactors release information, and develop recommendations for optimized processes for the customer.
• Engage in support projects such as onboarding additional business units, aligned with personal circumstances and planning.
• Maintain direct contact with customer points of contact and drive advice toward optimized systems.

What You Bring

• University degree or equivalent with focus on business, economics, computer science, or information systems; career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
• At least 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
• Interest in working in an international consulting team as Lead or Senior Consultant with project references and current certification.
• Preference for support work over pure project work.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (~10%).
• Ability to work primarily for a large international client.
• Independent, coordinating, and team-oriented work style with high initiative.
• Excellent German language skills, fluent English; travel readiness around 10%.
