We are looking for a Marketing Automations Specialist (Freelancer) for our client. You will play a vital role in assisting the Microsoft team. Enjoy a dynamic and versatile work environment within a successful European market-leading company. Your focus will be on improving the European marketing campaign project management.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage and optimize daily operational requests to support global Marketo operations. Ensure smooth handling of automation tasks and troubleshoot issues.
  2. Set up and maintain automated programs to meet marketing objectives of various teams, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
  3. Review and optimize automations and reports regularly. Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
  4. Perform data cleanups to maintain data integrity. Keep accurate, up-to-date records within Marketo.
  5. Handle backend development tasks related to Marketo. Use technical skills to enhance and customize the platform for business needs.
  6. Collaborate with local marketing teams to lead successful campaigns.
  7. Promote best practices within the automation team and stakeholders using Marketo features.
  8. Participate in exploring new features and developments to improve Marketo usage in the group.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  1. Proven experience with Marketo, including setup and maintenance of automated marketing programs.
  2. Strong technical skills in backend development related to Marketo.
  3. Knowledge of data-driven marketing to optimize campaign performance.
  4. Understanding of full-funnel demand generation strategies and efficient marketing campaigns.
  5. Interest in processes and a good understanding of technical aspects.
  6. Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
