Junior Kotlin / Java Software Engineer – Broker (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• Be part of a highly motivated cross‑functional team focused on expanding our broker business.
• Build and run one of the fastest growing neo‑brokers in Europe.
• Work on cutting edge technology and modern software development practices such as agile, CI/CD, test automation, cloud‑based infrastructure and tooling.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable field.
• Exposure to Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS and Terraform.
• Knowledge of GDPR compliance and security topics is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, both technical and product‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to engineering, product and stakeholder audiences.
• Passion for well‑architected, testable, documented code.
• Experience with domain‑driven design, distributed architectures or micro‑services is a plus.
• Background in financial services is a strong plus.
