Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market presence and customer base.
Oversee the implementation of sales processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
Qualifikation
Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in B2B/B2C environments or in the SaaS space.
Strong experience in leading and developing diverse sales teams across regions.
Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
