Location: Stuttgart

Position: Full-time or Part-time, permanent, starting as soon as possible

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Acquisition and sale of office and mixed-use properties
• Proactive client consultation and support
• Property inspections and contract negotiations
• Analysis creation for real estate investment marketing
• Concept development, marketing, and management of offers
• Close collaboration with leasing specialists and consulting & valuation departments

Required Skills & Personal Qualities:

• Completed real estate-related education or relevant degree
• Experience in sales-oriented handling of commercial properties, especially office markets
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and strong communication
• Entrepreneurial mindset, sales talent, team spirit
• Excellent German, English, and MS Office skills
