(Junior) Customer Success Manager – SUMM AI / AuraFlows

We are developing AI solutions that bring societal value, especially for the public sector. After a successful pivot, we are ready for the next growth phase and building our go‑to‑market team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership, show initiative, and help us think differently.

About Us

SUMM AI GmbH was founded in 2022 in Munich by Flora Geske, Vanessa Theel, and Nicholas Wolf with the vision to use AI for society’s benefit. We started as a project for easy language and now are a growing GovTech company with two strong products:

  • SUMM AI – for barrier‑free communication
  • AuraFlows – for transparent process documentation

Our team combines expertise from AI development, UX design, administration, and research to make digitalization of administration understandable, accessible, and efficient.

Responsibilities

You will work directly with Fabian, our VP Revenue, and take responsibility for your own work areas in a Customer Success Management role.

  • Build and execute expansion strategy
  • Customer onboarding
  • Support existing customers
  • Cross‑selling & up‑selling

Depending on experience, you may start as a Junior or experienced Customer Success Manager.

Must‑haves

  • You are ready to take responsibility and do not expect constant direction.
  • You work hands‑on, test, measure, and improve following the Build‑Measure‑Learn principle.
  • You can inspire people for new solutions with tact and trustworthiness in the sensitive environment of public administration.
  • You have experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • You are ready to give a lot because you believe in what you do.
  • You come to the office at least 3 days a week (Munich Werksviertel) and are ready to travel.
  • You speak fluent German and good English.
