For our Department Digital - Security, we are looking for an SAP and Application Security Officer (f/m/d). The role is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the position Head of Security Office.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

1. Strategic Ownership & Oversight: Safeguard HM's 'Rise with SAP' program including S4/HANA & BTP technologies and standalone applications, focusing on Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

2. Security Framework Development: Develop, implement, and ensure global adoption of HM’s SAP and application security frameworks.

3. Security-by-Design Promotion: Foster a security-by-design and security-by-default mindset within the HM’s Digital team.

4. Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and attack vectors, and design mitigation measures.

5. SOC Integration: Design and integrate mitigation measures and security controls into the Security Operation Center (SOC).

6. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate closely with HM’s Digital teams, global functions, and stakeholders such as Legal and Data Protection teams.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Global Cyber Security Experience: Proven track record in roles such as Information Security Officer or SAP Security Consultant.

2. SAP Security Policies: Experience in developing and implementing SAP Security Policies and procedures is a plus.

3. SAP Security Knowledge: Knowledge of state-of-the-art SAP security best practices or a strong passion to learn about them.

4. Self-Starter Mentality: Strong self-starter mentality with a willingness to take end-to-end ownership of topics, programs, or projects.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound risk-based decisions.

6. Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills tailored to the target audience.

7. Continuous Learning: Desire to learn, adapt, and regularly participate in continuing education.

8. Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English.
