Manager – Financial Planning (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead reporting and planning processes for the full P&L of the Germany Hub
  2. Serve as lead business partner to a business unit and provide strategic advice, analysis, and insights throughout planning/forecasting cycles
  3. Proactively provide value-added analysis on financial data and partner closely with business teams to support decision-making
  4. Ensure consistency in financial reporting and processes with control teams
  5. Conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement
  6. Support business planning, budget control, and financial reporting initiatives
  7. Set financial targets and develop actionable roadmaps with affiliate leaders
  8. Drive implementation of global and regional finance projects

Qualifications

  1. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred)
  2. At least 3 years of experience in financial planning or related roles
  3. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  4. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
  5. Skilled in Excel and SAP; comfortable with other office tools
  6. Ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders
