(Senior) Controller

Overview

Our client is seeking a (Senior) Controller to oversee financial controlling tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and profitability analysis. The position supports strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and collaborating on regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, annual, and long-term financial planning and reporting.
• Develop and improve reporting tools; perform investment and profitability analyses.
• Assist with budgeting and negotiations; monitor costs and revenues to identify improvements.
• Advise senior leadership and contribute to cross-functional and regional projects.

Your profile

• Degree in business administration or similar, with solid knowledge of healthcare finance and regulations.
• Several years’ experience in controlling and accounting, ideally in a hospital setting.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and a structured, results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
