In this role, you will oversee the operational activities at our new Kitzingen site, ensuring smooth processes and leading a team of Shift Managers, Team Leaders, and Associates. Your responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, optimizing productivity, and implementing process improvements across your area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a safety and well-being culture

• Analyze and implement changes to improve quality and productivity
• Manage projects aimed at process streamlining and service quality enhancement
• Review shift performance and implement operational excellence measures
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize shift procedures

A Typical Day: You will work in shifts, focusing on team management, process improvements, and operational decision-making to ensure efficient site operations and high standards of safety and quality.

About Our Team: The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team handles last-mile delivery, working with partners and Amazon Flex to ensure fast, reliable delivery to customers while innovating to reduce environmental impact.

Basic Qualifications:

• Leadership experience
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications: Not mandatory but advantageous include a degree, experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, logistics environments, MS Office proficiency, and experience with start-up or new site operations.
