Tasks

1. Software design and development: Requirements analysis to understand and analyze user requirements for developing customized software solutions.
2. Software architecture: Create innovative design plans and select appropriate solutions for robust and scalable systems.
3. Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets design standards. Conduct testing and debugging.
4. Testing: Develop and execute (automated) tests for individual components to ensure functionality.
5. Maintenance and optimization: Perform continuous integration to enhance features, fix bugs, and close security gaps.
6. Documentation & support: Maintain sufficient documentation and provide technical support to stakeholders to facilitate software use.
7. Deployment and monitoring: Rely on CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, monitor system behavior after deployment to detect issues early, and react immediately.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 6 years as a software engineer.
• Allrounder: Experience with multiple programming languages, including Go, and flexibility in technology choice.
• Keep it simple: Focus on clear, understandable solutions, believing that simplicity is often best.
• Done is better than perfect: Emphasize delivering working solutions quickly over perfection.
• Bias for action: Make sound decisions, act quickly when necessary, and recognize when deeper planning is required.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Kubernetes, computer vision, image processing, or machine learning.
• Learn and be curious: Open to new ideas, eager to learn, and innovative.
• Work arrangement: Hybrid or fully remote work options available.
