• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management of content creators, preferably in the gaming.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development programs.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of the content creator needs.

Activities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
• Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear career progression paths.
• Attract brands to collaborate with our talents (content creator).
• Close brand deals.
• Stay up to date with gaming industry trends to attract and retain top talent.
