PRODUKTIONSLEITUNG GESUCHT - KURZSPIELFILM: NACHSPIELZEIT (AT)

Für meinen fiktionalen Kurzfilm “Nachspielzeit” (AT) suche ich eine engagierte Produktionsleitung für die Vorproduktion und den Dreh im März 2026.

Zum Projekt: “Nachspielzeit” ist ein erzählerischer Kurzfilm (10–12 Minuten) und wird als Abschlussfilm im Bachelor Filmregi an der Hochschule Macromedia München realisiert. Die Dreharbeiten sind für März 2026 geplant und umfassen 6 Drehtage in München & Umgebung. Wir reichen den Film im Bereich Nachwuchsfilm / Talentförderung beim FFF Bayern ein.

Wir suchen eine Produktionsleitung, die Lust auf ein engagiertes, professionelles Team hat und die logistische, organisatorische und kommunikative Verantwortung übernimmt. An der Gage soll‘s nicht scheitern – wir möchten eine faire und angemessene Vergütung sicherstellen.

Aufgaben:

• Organisation und Koordination des gesamten Produktionsablaufs
• Betreuung von Team, Motiv, Tagesdispo, Abläufen
• Unterstützung bei Vertragswesen & Abrechnungen (ADAG etc.)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regie & Produktion
• Blick für Sicherheit, Effizienz und Problemlösungen am Set

For my fictional short film “Nachspielzeit” (working title), I am looking for a dedicated Production Manager to support the pre‑production and the shoot in March 2026.

About the project: “Nachspielzeit” is a narrative short film (10–12 minutes) produced as a Bachelor graduation film in Film Directing at Hochschule Macromedia Munich. The shoot is planned for March 2026 and will take place over 6 shooting days in Munich and the surrounding area. We will submit the film to the FFF Bayern – Nachwuchsfilm / Talentförderung funding program.

We are looking for a Production Manager who enjoys working with a motivated and professional young team and who can take on logistical, organizational, and communicative responsibilities. Payment is not an obstacle — we aim to ensure fair and appropriate compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating the entire production workflow
• Managing team communication, locations, shooting schedules, and daily operations
• Supporting contract handling & payroll/clearance processes (e.g. ADAG)
• Close collaboration with directing & producing departments
• Maintaining safety, efficiency, and problem‑solving structures on set
