Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise on contract law, commercial law, and CISG matters for transactions.
• Support business teams with risk assessment and legal strategy in complex projects.
• Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory issues relevant to the food industry.
• Collaborate with global legal teams and external counsel on cross-border matters.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions on legal topics for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed law degree with 1st and 2nd State Examinations.
• Several years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Profound knowledge of contract law, commercial law, and CISG.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with assertiveness and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, and ability to work in an international environment.
• Hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
