Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain transformation projects while ensuring strong adoption across stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to align business requirements, operational constraints, and technical considerations.
• Translate technical discussions and requirements into structured, actionable project plans and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensure adherence to defined scope and objectives.
• Identify potential risks early, develop robust mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges.
• Provide clear, concise, and consistent communication of project progress, issues, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.

Ihr Profil

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within technology-driven or transformation-focused environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in supply chain or manufacturing-related environments.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of APQC best practices for business process optimization and standardization.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
