Overview

Position contingent upon contract award

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) SharePoint Administrator / Developer to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead the planning and direction of the SharePoint platform, ensuring it meets end-user requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and update of KM artifacts within SharePoint.
  • Direct the administration and maintenance of SharePoint applications and web-based applications.
  • Architect the integration and configuration of .NET applications and SharePoint with SQL Server.
  • Guide KM governance and policy development.
  • Direct the development of technical solutions that enhance information sharing and business processes within SharePoint.
  • Serve as a lead site collection administrator and content manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
  • DOD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) 621 Certs: CISSP or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
  • Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.

Work Environment

  • Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
  • Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
