Business Consultant (m/f/d)

As a Business Consultant (m/f/d) in Product Lifecycle Management, you will help shape efficient and future‑ready processes that drive our digitalisation strategy. Working closely with experts across departments and global locations, you will analyse and optimise IT system interfaces, implement innovative solutions, and advise internal stakeholders on streamlined business workflows. Our projects are agile, international, and focused on continuous improvement—because we believe in progress that matters. What this position is about:

  • Analysis, design, and optimisation of IT system interfaces
  • Advising internal customers on efficient business processes including documentation and revision
  • Identifying and implementing optimisation opportunities
  • Implementing new or modified processes and software solutions
  • Managing organisational projects, including international initiatives, with agile methodologies and project controlling
  • Coordinating and administering an IT system as System Manager
  • Continuous improvement of system‑supported processes within defined release cycles
  • Designing, facilitating, documenting, and following up on workshops
  • Training key and end users
  • Benchmarking and evaluating software suppliers

What is required for this role:

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Ability to quickly familiarise with new processes and topics
  • Analytical thinking combined with a strong solution‑oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence and decisiveness in professional interactions
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different organisational levels
  • Team player with a strong customer focus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 level)
