Accounting Manager – Flavors EMEA Region

• The Accounting Manager for the Flavors EMEA region is responsible for leading financial accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and ADM internal controls.
• The role focuses on accurate regional financial reporting, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Acting as a key business partner, this position collaborates with commercial, finance, and global business service teams to support decision-making, drive alignment, and implement best practices.
• The manager also plays a critical role in audits, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, and financial consolidation across the region, while supervising a small local accounting team and participating in Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives to enhance efficiency and standardization across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years in FP&A or Business Controller roles within an international organization.
• Proven ability to manage month-end close, financial analysis, and reporting accuracy.
• Proven experience as a Manager/Team Leader.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and regions.
• Fluent in English and German.
